Michaela Lindridge was appointed as Severfield’s new Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) in November 2022.

She is an experienced sustainability professional and she joins Severfield after working in the railway, construction and consultancy industries in sustainability-focused roles.

She oversees Severfield’s ESG strategy, encompassing everything from the company’s climate change commitments to its social value responsibilities. Her support to departments across the business, and to clients and suppliers, ensures that sustainability is at the heart of everything Severfield does.

Michaela has earned postgraduate degrees in both the UK and abroad, including a Master of Science in Economics for Natural Resources and Environmental Management.
