Our Modular Solutions division, a part of Severfield plc, the largest steelwork manufacturer in the UK, is now offering large-scale manufacturing of both complex and simple steel frames for modular building manufacturers. Our modular steel frames are suitable for various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and accommodation.

Manufactured at our Sherburn site, which boasts over 400,000 square feet dedicated to Severfield Modular Solutions, we are equipped to produce frames in hot-rolled steel, cold-formed steel, or a combination of both, allowing us to cater to diverse project requirements.

With a team of over 120 fabricators, welders, painters, and mechanical fitters, we can produce up to six frames per day. This impressive production capacity, combined with efficient processes and expertise, enables us to complete orders quickly, with a turnaround capable of meeting any project deadline!
